CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

We aim to address service requests as promptly as possible, with a service call lead time of approximately 4 weeks. If we already have teams working in the area, we may be able to arrange a suitable time even sooner.

We prioritise safety issues and breakages to ensure our customers homes remains secure and functional. Our goal is to visit you as soon as we can, providing reliable and efficient service. We ask for understanding in your service expectations if there are delays due to the need to order additional parts for your repair.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Every installation we complete is fully covered by our 10-year insurance backed guarantee. If for any reason, there is a problem with your product or the installation, we will put things right at no extra cost.

If the fault is not covered by the guarantee, or if the product has been neglected or improperly maintained according to the maintenance instructions, there will be a charge.

I/We acknowledge that parts are covered under warranty for ten years, but the labour required to replace these parts is chargeable.

I/We understand that adjustments are provided free of charge for the first year after installation. After this period, labour charges will apply for any adjustments.

I/We understand that failure to maintain the product correctly may result in charges being applied for any service call, if the issue is determined to be due to insufficient maintenance.

I/We accept that if the issue reported is found to be outside the responsibility of Excellent Windows, Doors & Conservatories, I/we will be charged £45 per hour plus 42p per mile for travelling time per visit in relation to this service call.
